PROBATION REFLECTIONS! Tuesday, 14 April 2009 8:45 pm ok so had debrief on probation 2day. part c seemed 2 b in chaos, cos dey all thought yuanye was too strict n harsh. aft all, its only d 1st probational training n we r of d same lvl, all sec 3s. dats y its harder 2 command respect bahz. im thinking twice abt taking on d post of part c spec if i rly get it. cos seriously, i dun think i will b able 2 gain respect frm dem. guess im nt well respected in their eyes. part b was a little screwed cos of d miscommunication. shant elaborate much, but d 3 attached ppl came 2 d range 2 help out. so dat left some other part c 2 take dem. which was ttly ZZZ... i was wif part a at d range. jus like wat gaozhan said, dey r very enthu, but lack discipline. altho our own part lost both enthusiasm n discipline...noticed some potential ppl. hope dey dun lose their enthusiasm like me in sec 2...im hoping dey keep up their gd work, cos dey cant c dis. anywayss i guess dats abt it.
tmr deres gonna b d shortlisting of d class t-shirt design. heard frm d other classes dat theirs was nt bad. altho my claz de looks nt bad, but i doubt we will break through. altho im still hoping we do. im praying dat chiee n w00nie dun screw up 4 tmr's international friendship quiz thingy. their d emcee or host or wateva.
